Adapters for the Ring Lights series
Adapters for Mounting Ring Light Directly to Lenses
Adapter Kit includes 2 step up rings (25.5 and 27), 6 set screws and hex tool. 6 set screws – 3 for mounting step up ring to light and 3 additional for lens. Some locking thumbscrews may prevent the lens from fitting through the center of the R80, extra low-profile replacement set screws are included, allowing the protruding thumbscrews to be removed.
Step Up Adapter Kit
Step Up Adapter Kits includes step up rings, 6 set screws and hex tool. Lenses can be mounted to front or back of ring light.

R80, ODR80, R130 & ODR130 Ring Light mounts directly to Lens
The new R80, ODR80, R130 & ODR130 LED Ring Light can be quickly and easily adapted to any vision system with either of four standard mounting options that are provided with each unit. First, there is a standard M46 thread protruding from the back of the R80, ODR80, R130 & ODR130. Using readily available step-up or step-down rings it can be mounted directly to the threads found on the front end of most lenses.
Second is the ability to mount the lens at the front end of the R80, ODR80, R130 & ODR130 Ring Light. Once again, an off-the-shelf M46 step ring can be used to adapt lenses with M43 or smaller filter mounting threads. A flange at the front end of the R80, ODR80, R130 & ODR130 holds the step ring with three set screws, and the camera lens is inserted through the center of the R80, ODR80, R130 & ODR130 and threaded onto the step ring. In those few cases where the lens’s locking thumbscrews may prevent the lens from fitting through the center of the R80, ODR80, R130 & ODR130, extra low-profile replacement set screws are included, allowing the protruding thumbscrews to be removed. Third is a T-slot on all sides. Standard industrial T-nuts can be dropped into the slot for mounting. Fourth way to mount the light is using the threaded M4 holes on the back plate of light.
The R80, ODR80, R130 & ODR130 Lights are a high output LED light in an aluminum housing. Housing uses industry standard T-Slots for ease of mounting. Ring Lights are available in light output of White, Red, Amber, Blue, Green, Cyan, IR and UV. Ring Light includes an integrated constant current driver with a built in strobe input with option for PNP or NPN trigger control. No need for an external driver to control the light. The integrated driver also includes variable light intensity control. Light can be controlled by a manual potentiometer or a 0-10VDC analog signal.
